The Nokia cell phone is coming again.
Finland-based HMD World says it is launching its first smartphone—the Nokia 6—in China, beneath license from the community supplier —as soon as the world’s prime cellphone maker.
The aluminum handset, with a 5.5-inch display, would be the first Nokia to run the Android working system.
HMD World, the licensee of the Nokia model for cellphones and tablets, mentioned Sunday it selected to launch in China—with greater than 550 million smartphone customers—due to a “want to satisfy the true world wants of shoppers in several markets world wide.”
The Nokia 6 might be obtainable in early 2017 at an approximate worth of 1,699 yuan ($245). It was unclear when it will be obtainable in different markets.
